VM's full line of loan products with No Clawback will adopt a phased approach to adjusting the current clawback arrangements.


Phase 1:

From 1st March 2025 to 30th June 2025


Effective 1st March 2025, we will transition from the current "no clawback" position to a 100% clawback for loans discharged within six months.


Phase 2:

From 1st July 2025 onwards


For settlements from 1st July 2025 onwards, clawback arrangements will revert to their original terms.
